I am writing this pretty much for myself but it is time to get back to me. I know that "action speaks louder than words" so my plan of action is to let the work speak for itself. In that I feel like I must devise a plan.
So what is my goal? The goal is to lose weight, tone and define, build stamina and confidence in the process. I believe when you love the skin you are in, you are definitely on your way but inactivity is NOT good. So back to the gym I must go! The plan for the remainder of this month is to hit the gym at least ONCE a day and work out at least 30 minutes. For me, working out and eating right go hand in hand BUT if I fall off from working out, I return back to eating poorly. What can I say? Working out just makes me more conscious of the amount of calories I am putting in and the amount of work it takes to burn it off. I was cheating for a little while with sweets. My addiction to sugar has been one of my major set backs when it comes to proper weight loss maintenance. So the focus is to cut sugar, work out more and drink more water. I am not afraid to say I have fallen off but I am a work in progress and will not give up until I have incorporated a healthy lifestyle change. It doesn't happen overnight, but with the proper focus and plan it will happen. I have done it once before and can do it again! Have you?
